Great speech from the Prinsipal of the college.
She says that she does not want paperwork repeated two or three times. Wants increased efficiency, by reduce the bureauracy in the college.
That was three years ago. I can only see paperwork increasing..not decreasing
Sometimes I get to teach my students! An insane mechanism...is at work....
