External Consultant Sue partridge

I am trying to get my portfolios up to date and my line manager asks if I am coming to the meeting. I decline her offer but attend later when I feel I have acomplished something.

In the meeting the team is asked how various changes have impacted in the staff.

The fact that the work load has again increased and no administrative support is available, proved a sore point. It was explained that I quick fix system was put in place with disregard for the staff concerned. It was explained that some type of support system needed to be put in place. I found the meeting to be unhelpful except that nothing was really accepted with regard to the fact that the staff needed training and help.

I made up my mind during that meeting that I need to escape the nonsense which exists in our department.

The solutions that the staff wanted seem to be overlooked...swiftly
