Options to Management styles

I am proposing that there are at least two new options which may offer an alternative to current management styles...and alleviate some of the administrative pain that teachers suffer.... 1. A new cooperative decision making system for management 2. Implementation of more spiritual humanistic leaders 3. Use of more narrative accounts to help with decision making
